In spite of that, no steps have been taken by the applicant.

The applicant is directed to take appropriate steps for bringing legal heirs of original claimant, and file additional affidavit, explaining delay in filing respective Chamber Order and also to file affidavit of service, showing service of Chamber Order upon all the respondents.
