Ld. Advocate for the applicant made a statement that though respondent no. 1 is passed away and intimation was made by JSA Advocates and Associates, neither details of legal heirs were supplied to them nor death certificate was forwarded. Statement is accepted.

CHOL/555/2024 in ARBPL/41354/2022 Ld. Advocate for respondent no. 1 made a statement that she is appeared on instructions of one of the legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1. Statement is accepted.

It appears that ld. Advocate for respondent no. 1 also made statement on last time, but till date, no authority letter or vakalatnama has been filed. If she is appearing for legal heir of deceased respondent no. 1, then she is directed to provide details of legal heir to the Advocate for the applicant and upon furnishing details, the applicant is directed to take appropriate steps in the matter.

The applicant to file affidavit of service in respect of rest of the respondents, and additional affidavit, explaining delay till next date, if not filed.
