The present Chamber Order for discharge is taken out by Defendant Nos. 1 & 2 for discharge of the Adv. Ms. Dipti Shah. The Applicant has filed Affidavit of service dated 20th June 2024. The reasons for discharge are mentioned in Para No. 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 & 11 of the Affidavit in support of chamber order.

2. The Defendants Nos. 1 & 2 have substantially complied with the procedure for taking discharge as per Bombay High Court, Original Side, Rules.

3. In view of the above, present Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately discharging Dipti Shah, Adv. as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 1 & 2. Office to delete the name of Dipti Shah, Advocate for Defendant Nos. 1 & 2. Defendants Nos. 1 & 2 to inform today's order to Advocate Dipti Shah and engage another Advocate, if they so desire.
