In TP/1517/2024 P.C. :

1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon all concerned by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused Schedule.

The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Jam-e-Jamshed" in Gujarati language.

Perused the Affidavit dated 13.05.2024 annexed to Chamber Order. In Para-2 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that the deceased died as spinster and that Jeejibhoy Pirohshaw Daruwalla, brother of the deceased had died as bachelor on

8.12.2002. It is further stated that Arni Pirohshaw Daruwalla, Sister of the deceased also died as spinster on 24th July, 2023. The Petitioner has further stated that the names and whereabouts of the legal heirs of deceased from her paternal side and maternal side are not known. It is also stated that the petitioner at tried to search the names and whereabout of legal heirs of the deceased from her paternal side and maternal side, but despite due and diligent search they could not be found. The Petitioner has mentioned the aforesaid facts in para 8 of the petition.

4. For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 13.05.2024 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-8 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

5. Publication of Citation to be done in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English

Language and in "Jam-eJamshed" in Gujarati language. within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
