1. This Chamber Order is taken out by the Petitioner No.1 for discharge of Adv. MSC Associates in Writ Petition Lodg. No. 5347 of 2022. The notice is issued MSC & Associates who are at present on record for both the Petitioners No. 1 & 2. The Ld. Adv. for Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 present today pursuant to the notice and stated that the new Adv. to transpose the Petitioner No.2 as Respondent.

The Ld. Adv. for the Applicant submits that once the discharge is granted, the Petitioner No.1 to move an appropriate Application before the Hon'ble Court for deleting the name of Petitioner No.2.

2. The Ld. Adv. for the Applicants have substantially complied with the procedure for taking discharge as per High Court (Original Side) Rules.

3. In view thereof, present Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately discharging MSC & Associates Advocates as Advocates for Petitioners No.1, subject to this submission made by the Ld. Adv. for the
