3. Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in support. The ground for obtaining discharge is mentioned in paragraphs - 2, 4 and 5.

4. After going through the Chamber Order and Affidavit in support, I am of the view that Petitioner has substantially complied with the procedure of obtaining discharge as per Bombay High Court, Original Side, Rules.

5. Accordingly, the present Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately.

6. Advocates, Vijay P. Sonawane and Prashant Nayak are discharged as Advocate for Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 2309 of ...2/-
