At the outset, this Court is informed that the Chamber Order No.274 of 2024 has already been disposed of.

Accordingly, remove from the Board.

Chamber Summons No.1100 of 2019 :

Mr. Sant, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicants and submits that the Chamber Summons simplicitor seeks deletion of name Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

20-S-857-2019.doc of the deceased Defendant No.2 and also consequential changes as per the schedule of amendments, in as much as the only heir of the deceased Defendant No.2 is already Defendant No.3 in the Suit. 4.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, the Chamber Summons is allowed as prayed for. 5.

Let the amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Let the amended Suit be served upon the Defendants within a period of two weeks thereafter and an appropriate Affidavit of service be filed.

7.

Chamber Summons to accordingly stand allowed and disposed.

Suit No.857 of 2019 :

Mr. Sant, submits that no written statement has been filed and the Suit has already been noted to be undefended against all the Defendants and that this Court may give appropriate directions for filing of evidence and documents.
