By praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has sought for extension of time for removal of office objections which were allowed to be removed by Order dated KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV 24th October, 2024 within a period of four weeks of the order being by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.01.08 18:37:12 +0530 uploaded. However, the said order was uploaded on 4th November, 1/2

P1-CHO(L) 275.24 in WP(L) 15566.22.doc 2024. It is mentioned in the praecipe that the office objections have thereafter been complied with. The registered number has not been assigned to the Writ Petition due to delay.

In view thereof, extension of time is granted for removal of office objections if any which shall be removed within a period of one week from today.

The registered number shall be assigned to the Writ Petition upon satisfaction of the Registry that the office objections have been removed.

Praecipe is accordingly disposed of.
