The present Chamber Order is taken out for setting aside Order dated 14.02.2024, rejecting captioned petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate tenders Affidavit of Service, showing service of Chamber Order upon respondent no. 8. Ld. Advocate undertakes to file it with the department during course of the day. Undertaking is accepted. Ld.

Advocate submits that all respondents were served with the Chamber Order as per Affidavits of Service, which are filed on record, however, none present, save and except, respondent no. 8.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicants. Perused Affidavit of the applicant. It is contended that office objection with regard to translation of Marathi documents as well as documents, which were illegible, could not be done within given time. Ld. Advocate for the applicants submits that he will pursue with the captioned petition diligently if captioned petition is restored to file.

Ld. Advocate for respondent no. 8 objects present Chamber Order, however, submits for passing suitable orders.

Reason mentioned in the Affidavit, appears to be genuine and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
