The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon (1) Smt. Nisha Anil Vaswani (Wife 2nd of the Deceased) and (2) Master Aditya Anil Vaswani (Son [from 2nd Wife) of the deceased) by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 23rd June, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order.
In Para-3 of the said Affidavit, it is ..2/-

stated that the Bailiff from Sheriff Office had visited the premises of the legal th May, 2024 heirs of the deceased on 8 and submitted his report that the said premises found locked and on making enquiry with the security of the society, who informed that the legal heirs of the deceased have left the premises and come occasionally.

Perused Para-3 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the address to the Petitioner.

Hence, for the reasons stated in rd June, 2024 annexed Affidavit dated 23 to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-3 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

Publication of Citation to be done in two newspapers viz. (1) "Free Press Journal" in English and (2) "Navshakti"

in Marathi language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order.
Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

Advocate to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
