Rule 986. Perused Chamber Order, Affidavit and Addl. Affidavit in support to Chamber Order. Heard Advocate for the Applicant.

It is contended in Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that due to inadvertence and oversight, office objections could not be removed within time.

It is stated in Addl. Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the Petitioner was traveling and was at her native place at Ratnagiri and hence, she was unavailable for signing on affirmation of the Chamber Order. Hence, she could not file present Chamber Order within time and therefore, delay of 32 days has been caused for filing present Chamber Order. It is further contended that due to aforesaid bonafide reasons, Chamber Order may be granted by condoning delay of 32 days caused in filing present Chamber Order.

Despite service, today none appears for Respondents. Hence, present Chamber Order remains uncontested. I am satisfied with the reason stated in the Affidavit and Addl. Affidavit in support of Chamber Order. In view thereof, delay of 32 days, caused in filing present Chamber Order, is condoned and the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
