The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 14.02.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tendered true copy of letter dated 28.10.2024 with acknowledgment by respondent no. 2, showing service of Chamber Order upon respondent no. 2, which is taken on record.

Despite service, none appeared for and on behalf of respondent no. 2.

Heard ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant and ld. A.G.P for respondent no. 1, who gives no objection for restoration of captioned Petition.

Perused Affidavit and Additional Affidavit in Support, contents of which are selfexplanatory. Considering reasons mentioned in said Affidavit / Additional Affidavit, I am of the view that the applicant has properly explained delay of 68 days, caused in filing present Chamber Order, and reasons for restoration of captioned Petition to its file. In view thereof, delay of 68 days, caused in filing present Chamber Order, is condoned and Writ Petition (L) No. 9143/2023 is restored to its file by allowing present Chamber Order. Hence, Chamber Order is signed separately.
