1. Petitioner No. 1, Mr. N. K. Jha tendered Affidavit of service dated 18.09.2024. The same is taken on record.
2. This Chamber order is taken out by Petitioner No. 1, N. K. Jha for discharge of his Advocate, Saikumar Ramamurthy in Writ Petition No. 515 of 2015.
3. The Ld. Advocate in Affidavit in support has mentioned the reasons for discharge. The Vakalatnama is filed on behalf of all the Petitioners in the Petition by Advocate Saikumar Ramamurthy.
4. The Applicant has filed this Chamber Order under Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980 for discharging the Vakalatnama of Advocate Saikumar Ramamurthy for the Petitioners. However, I cannot allow one of the Petitioners to act separately from and inconsistently with the others. The Writ Petition is filed by all the Petitioners.
5. In view of the above, it is concluded that out of the 9 Petitioners, only one Petitioner i.e. N. K. Jha has filed this application for discharge of Advocate Saikumar Ramamurthy ...2/-
) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) without obtaining consent of all other Petitioners. All the Petitioners are not acting together and there is dispute amongst themselves for discharge of Advocate.
6. In view of above, Chamber Order is rejected.
