1. The present Chamber Order for discharge is taken out by AZB & Partners for Petitioner / Applicant. Affidavit in support of Chamber Order is also filed during Ld. Advocates for the applicant has stated that the reasons for discharge are mentioned in para No. 3 to 5 of the Affidavit in support.

2. I have heard the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner. In-spite of Affidavit of Service dated 02nd August, 2024, nobody appears for the petitioner company UZUC SA.

3. Ld. Advocate for the applicant has substantially complied with the procedure for taking discharge as per High Court Original Side Rules.

4. In view of the above present Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately discharging AZB and Partners as Advocates for the petitioner. The applicant to inform today's order to the petitioner and office to delete the name of the AZB and Partners as Advocates for the petitioner. The petitioner to engage any other advocate, if they so desire.
