Rule 986.

Affidavit of Service showing service of Chamber Order is already e-filed. Despite service, today, none appeared on behalf of Respondents.

Perused e-filed Affidavit in support of Chamber Order. Heard Ld. Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant. It is averred in the said Affidavit in support that time to remove office objections was granted till 20.04.2024. However, office objections could not be removed within time as huge number of pages were illegible; due to which further extension was granted till 04.05.2024. It is further stated that Ld. Advocate for Petitioner removed office objections on e-filing portal, however, the same was not scrutinized by the concerned department. Also, Registry raised further objections which were not possible to comply within prescribed time. Hence, Ld. Advocate prays that the present Chamber Order may be allowed.

Upon hearing submissions of Ld.

Advocate for Petitioner and considering grounds raised in the Affidavit, I am of the view that the Petitioner / Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Petition diligently as .... 2

as he removed office objections within time, however, further objections were raised in the matter which were not possible to be removed within short period of time. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
