MKV Juris, Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) P.C. : The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Petitioner / Applicant for setting aside Order dated 15.06.2023, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections. Perused Affidavit-in-Support of the present Chamber Order. It is stated therein that due to personal difficulty and ill health of Ld. Advocate, office objections could not be removed within stipulated time and hence, matter came to be rejected under O.S. Rule 986.

Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner / Applicant made a statement that as on date, captioned Petition is uncontested and hence, present Chamber Order may be allowed by condoning delay caused in taking out present Chamber Order. Statement is accepted. Considering ground raised, on oath, by the Petitioner / Applicant and Statement made by ld. Advocate for the Petitioner / Applicant, as above, in the interest of justice, delay caused in filing present Chamber Order, is condoned and the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and singed separately.

The Petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and/or registered within two weeks from the date of uploading of the order, failing the Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
