1. By this Praecipe, the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 6th August, 2024, as regard to the affixing of Notice on the conspicuous part of the address of Respondent Nos. 6 and 8, who are residing out side the jurisdiction of Mumbai. He submits that the Sheriff of Mumbai has informed that a Bailiff cannot visit the address of the Respondent Nos. 6 and 8 for the purpose of affixing Notice at the conspicuous part of address, as they are resident of Palghar and Virar respectively. He, therefore, seeks that a Petitioner may be permitted to affix the Notice at the last known address of Respondent Nos. 6 and 8 instead of by Bailiff from the office of Sheriff of Mumbai.

2. The Order dated 6th August, 2024, stands corrected with regard to the affixing of Notice at the conspicuous part of the last known address of Respondent Nos. 6 and 8. The Petitioner is permitted to affix the Notice at the last known address of Respondent Nos. 6 and 8, who are resident of Palghar and Virar respectively. Hamdast allowed.
