The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 01.03.2024, rejecting captioned Appeal under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that respondents were served with Chamber Order as per Affidavit of Service, which was e-filed. Despite service, none appeared for and on behalf of respondents.

Perused Chamber Order, Affidavit and Additional Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. Heard ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant. According to Ld. Advocate, due to inadvertence, they missed to take note of Conditional Order passed by this Authority on 01.03.2024, therefore, delay of 62 days, to take out present Chamber Order, is caused, which was unintentional.

I have considered submissions and reasons mentioned in Affidavit and Additional Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order. I am satisfied with the reasons as putforth by the applicant for getting delay condoned, caused in filing present Chamber Order, and for restoration of Chamber Order. In view thereof, 62 days delay, caused in filing present Chamber Order is condoned and Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
