The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant / Claimant to carry out the amendment in Column-'J' of the Execution Application No.115 of 2024, as per Schedule annexed to Chamber Order.

Perused Affidavit dated 15th July, 2024 annexed to the Chamber Order. The said Affidavit is signed by Authorised Signatory of the Applicant i.e. AU Small Finance Bank Limited.

In Para-3 of the Affidavit dated 15th July, 2024, that the Applicant / Claimant has now come to know the additional address of the Respondent. In Para-7, it is stated that the property mentioned in Column-"J" of the Execution Application are belonging to the Respondent. The Applicant has further stated that the Applicant be permitted to amendment the Execution Application by adding the details of the additional address of Respondent as per the Schedule-A to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order dated 15th July, 2024 annexed to the Chamber Order, the ..2/-

The Applicant / Claimant to carry out amendment, as per Schedule-A annexed to the Chamber Order, within period of four weeks from the date of uploading the order.
