Rule 986.

Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in support to the Chamber Order. Heard Ld. Advocate appearing for the Petitioner / Applicant.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the Petitioner / Applicant submits that Petitioner has complied with office objections partially and only few objections are remained to be complied with; which Petitioner will comply once the Petition is restored to file. Upon perusal of the Affidavit of Service, it appears that Chamber Order has duly been served upon Respondents. Despite service, neither Respondents appeared nor resisted the present Chamber Order. Upon hearing Ld. Advocate for Petitioner and considering grounds raised in the Affidavit, I am of the view that reasons stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order are satisfactory, therefore, Chamber Order needs to be allowed. For the forgoing discussions, the present Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately and captioned Petition is restored to its original file/number.
