The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicants for setting aside Order dated 11.11.2022 r/w. Order dated 06.01.2023.

Perused Chamber Order, Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order and copies of Notice dated 15.09.2022 and Order dated 11.11.2022 read with Order dated 06.01.2023. Heard ld.

Advocate appearing for the applicants and ld. A.G.P appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Today, Ld. Advocate appearing for the applicants invited my attention towards Order dated 10.03.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court in Interim Application No. 308/2019 in Suit (L) No. 1132/2019, by which Common Notice dated 15.09.2022 issued under signature of this Authority came to be set aside, and prayed that captioned Petition may be restored to file. Ld. A.G.P appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4 - State submitted for passing suitable order. In view thereof, present Chamber Order does not survive as become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. The captioned Petition is restored to its original file.

The petitioners to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within three weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of O.S.Rule 986.
