The applicant has filed Affidavit of Service dated 11.02.2025, which shows that respondent no. 5 was served by hand delivery. As per Affidavit of petitioner, he came to know that respondent no. 4 is expired by relying on the police statement of respondent no. 5, which is hear-say.
Hence, applicant/petitioner is directed to take steps to serve respondent no. 4 with the Chambe Order and file affidavit of service.
