It is contended therein that one of the office objections was regarding non filing of Leave Petition. Hence, the Applicant has taken out Leave Petition (L) No. 11418 of 2025, under Rule 12, which is pending before the Hon'ble Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the Praecipe, Applicant to remove office objections on the Suit and get the same registered and/or numbered within four weeks from the date of decision / outcome of aforesaid Leave Petition, failing Suit to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
