Mr. Harshad Rajeshirke, Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) P.C. : The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Petitioner / Applicant for setting aside Order dated 27.03.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections. Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that office objections could not be removed in time as the original Will was not traceable. Hence, Ld. Advocate has prayed for setting aside conditional order dated 27.03.2024 and for restoration of the captioned Petition.

Considering grounds raised in the Affidavit, I am of the view that the Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Petition diligently. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The Petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and/or registered within four weeks from the date of uploading of the order, failing the Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
