ORDINARY ORIGINAL CIVIL JURISDICTION CHAMBER ORDER NO. 416 OF 2024 IN TESTAMENTARY PETITION (L) NO. 2591 OF 2021 Perused Praecipe dated 03.02.2025, submitted by Advocate for Petitioner and contents mentioned therein. By the said Praecipe, the Petitioner has requested to extend time to pay cost of Rs. 1000/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, as directed vide Minutes of Order dated 14.01.2025 in aforementioned Chamber Order.

For the reasons mentioned in the Praecipe, time to pay cost of Rs. 1000/- to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority is extended till tomorrow i.e. 04.02.2025. Rest of the directions issued vide Order dated 14.01.2025 stand unchanged.
