ORDINARY ORIGINAL CIVIL JURISDICTION CHAMBER ORDER NO. 424 OF 2024 IN TESTAMENTARY PETITION (L) NO. 9521 OF 2020 Perused Praecipe dated 23.10.2024, submitted by Advocate for Petitioner and Order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court by which the Hon'ble Court has granted leave to the Petitioner to convert the instant Petition for Succession into Petition for Letters of Administration. In view of above, time granted to remove office objections in the Petition and get the same registered and / or numbered, is extended till 13th November, 2024, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
