Perused the Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof.

Learned advocate for the applicant seek extension of returnable date of warrant of sale. Learned advocate of respondent opposed it and stated there are certain orders passed by the DRT restraining the respondent from making payment under the award. In this regard the respondent make seek appropriate order from the Hon'ble Court.

3. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit, the returnable date of warrant of sale of Movable and immovable property issued under Order XXI, Rule 64 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 is extended till 25.12.2025 and amendment be carried out accordingly.

Hence, Chamber Order is signed separately and stands disposed of.
