The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant to carry out the amend the Execution Application No.1844 of 2024, as per Schedule annexed to Chamber Order.

Perused Affidavit dated 28th August, 2024 annexed to the Chamber Order. It is stated in the said Affidavit that the amendments in Column - "B", "H", "I" and "J" to the Execution Application is required to be carried out as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. It is further stated that no Notice is issued to the Respondent so far.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that various office requisitions were raised, and, therefore amendments to the Execution Application is required to be carried out as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. He further submits that the Applicant may be permitted to carry out the consequential amendment also.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order dated 28th August, 2024 annexed to the Chamber Order, the present Chamber Order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

The Applicant is directed to carry out amendment and consequential amendment, as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within period of three weeks' from the date of uploading the order.
