1. By this Praecipe dated 19th December, 2024 extension of four weeks' time is sought to comply with the directions given on 9th October, 2024. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that due to some typographical error in the title of the Citation, the publication could not be done. He, therefore, prays that fresh Citation may be issued with correct title and time may be extended by four weeks.

2. Time to comply with the directions as per order dated 9th October, 2024 is further extended by four weeks' from 21st December, 2024. Registry to issue fresh Citation.
