P. C. : 1. It appears from the Affidavit and the Chamber Order that the Petitioner sought publication of Citation upon Mr. Abhaykumar Champalal Jain (Son of the deceased) in two newspapers viz. "Navshakti", which is in Marathi language and "Free Press Journal" in English. It is stated by the Petitioner in the Affidavit that Citation sent for service upon him was returned by the Postal Authority with remark "Left" and the Petitioner is not aware of the present address. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the mother tongue of the deceased Champalal Budharmal Jain is Marwadi, the Citation is required to be published in Hindi newspaper instead of "Navshakti", which is a Marathi newspaper.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that liberty be granted to annex fresh Schedule to Chamber Order, during the course of the day.

3. Liberty granted to the Petitioner to annex fresh Schedule to the Chamber Order and upload the same during the course of the day.
