P. C. :

1. The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Plaintiff for substituted service of Writ of Summons upon the Defendant Nos.4 to 12 by way of pasting and publication as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused the Affidavit in Support. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff submits that the Writ of Summons sent for service upon the Defendant Nos. 4 to 12 was returned unserved. She further submits that the Bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay had filed Affidavit of Service dated 19th June, 2024. She prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Plaintiff be permitted to serve the Writ of Summons as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. The Plaintiff is directed to serve the Writ of Summons upon the Defendant Nos. 4 to 12 within four weeks' from today.
