By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon Shri Tejas Jaywant Ghadshi, son of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule the Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the affidavit in support the Applicant has stated in the affidavit in support that, the notice send for service at his last known address through the Sheriff of Bombay, was returned unserved. It is further stated on the report of the bailiff that on making enquiry with the neighbour of the said premises it was informed the bailiff that the said legal heirs residing in the said address but come occassionly. The affidavit of service of the bailiff dated 20th January 2024 is on record. The Applicant therefore, requested to permit her to publish the notice in two newspapers viz.

"Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the notice send for service upon Tejas Jayawant Ghadshi, son of the deceased could not be served. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 4 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the notice in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi by way of substituted service of notice upon Tejas Jaywant Ghadshi within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the notice is published within two weeks thereafter. 25.09.2025 Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master
