Ld. Advocate appearing for the Applicant invites my attention towards Para No. 8 of Affidavit in support of Chamber Order; wherein it is mentioned that on 10.07.2024, the matter was listed before Ld. Taxing Master, when they came to know about dismissal of the matter. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant further invited my attention towards Exhibit 'C' of Affidavit in support of Chamber Order i.e. print out of the Case Details of Arbitration proceedings, in which stage of the matter is shown as 'For Acceptance'. Ld.
