MKV Juris, Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) P.C. : Upon perusal of Affidavit in support of Chamber Order, it is seen that vide Minutes of Order dated 12.08.2024 passed in Chamber Order No. 334 of 2024 in Testamentary Petition (L) No. 4118 of 2021, two weeks time was granted to the Petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition. However, Ld. Advocate has not explained in detail in the said Affidavit, as to what steps were taken after passing of said Order dated 12.08.2024.

Ld. Advocate for Petitioner / Applicant to file Additional Affidavit explaining in detail, as to what steps were taken after Chamber Order No. 334 of 2024, taken out in Testamentary Petition (L) No. 4118 of 2021, was allowed by this Authority vide Minutes of Order dated 12.08.2024 and also to explain delay caused in filing present Chamber Order, on or before next date.
