Heard ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit of the Applicant. It is contended therein that the Attorney who was previously handling the matter was unable to appear due to internal issues within law firm, therefore, the Applicant lost track of the matter. On 17.08.2024, Advocate Clerk came to know that the matter was listed before this Authority on 08.07.2024 and the same is rejected. The Applicant requests for granting present Chamber Order.

Considering grounds mentioned in the Affidavit of the Applicant, I am of the view that the Applicant has made out a case for restoration of captioned Application. In view thereof, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately, upon payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to 'The High .... 2
