P. C. : 1. By Praecipe dated 19th November, 2024, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner seeks change of newspaper for publication of citation in "Janmabhoomi" in Gujarati language instead of "Navshakti" in Marathi language as the mother tongue of the deceased is Gujarati.

2. By an order dated 22nd October, 2024, the Applicant / Petitioner was directed to publish the citation in newspapers "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navshakti" in Marathi language. Since the mother tongue of the deceased is Gujarati, the citation is to be published in vernacular language. Therefore, the said order dated 22nd October, 2024 stands corrected to the extend of publication of Citation in the newspaper viz. "Janmabhoomi" in Gujarati language instead of "Navshakti" in Marathi language in addition to the publication in "Free Press Journal" in English language.

3. Time to comply with the directions in the Order dated 22nd October, 2024 is extended by four weeks' from today and file Affidavit of publication within two weeks' once the publication is done.
