P. C. : 1. By this Praecipe dated 18.11.2024, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks to clarify the consequential amendments as mentioned in the Schedule to the Chamber Order No.492 of 2024.

2. By an order dated 22nd October, 2024, the Chamber Order was allowed and the Applicant was directed to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within four weeks. The Schedule of the Chamber Order mentions about the amendments to be carried out in the title of the Petition and consequential amendments thereto. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the consequential amendments is required to be carried out as per the details mentioned in Para-3 of the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. He further submits that an Additional Affidavit dated 7th October, 2024, wherein the Applicant has sought permission to incorporate in Para-4 of the petition in respect of the averments made in the Affidavit in Support.

3. In view of the above, it is clarified that the consequential amendments to the Petition is only in respect of Para-4 as per the details mentioned in Para-3 of the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. 18.11.2024 Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master
