P. C. : 1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to amend the Petition, as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused Schedule. The Applicant is seeking permission to amend the cause title, prayer clause as well as Schedule - I of the Petition as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Perused the Petition and Affidavit in support dated 13.09.2024 annexed to the Chamber Order.

4. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner submits that inadvertently the Petition for Letters of Administration without Will is filed instead of Petition for Succession Certificate. He further submits that the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

5. Considering the nature of amendment as prayed and the submission made by the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant, the present
