1. By the Praecipe dated 11th March, 2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner seeks modification of order dated 5th December, 2024 and for extension of time to publish the Citation. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has found the name of the two daughters of Rudolf Baptista, who are the beneficiaries under the Will of the deceased. The names of the daughters are as under :

"1. Rinky Baptista alias Rinky Gomes (Exact name not known).

2. Snowy Baptitsta (Exact name not known). He further submits that the Citation be also issued for service upon all concerned."

2. In view of the above the order dated 5th December, 2024, stands modified that Citation be issued in the name of

1. Rinky Baptista alias Rinky Gomes (Exact name not known) and 2. Snowy Baptitsta (Exact name not known) in addition to the beneficiaries mentioned in the said order as well as a Citation upon all concerned.
