P. C. : 1. It appears from the Affidavit and the Chamber Order that the Petitioner sought publication of Citation upon all concerned in two newspapers viz. "Navabharat", which is in Hindi language and "Free Press Journal" in English. It is stated by the Petitioner in the Affidavit that he is not aware of the details of legal heirs of the deceased. Since, the deceased Mukund Krishnaji Damle being a Maharashtrian the Citation is required to be published in Marathi newspaper instead of Hindi.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that liberty be granted to annex fresh Schedule to Chamber Order, during the course of the day.

3. Liberty granted to the Petitioner to annex fresh Schedule to the Chamber Order and upload the same during the course of the day.
