The present Chamber Order is filed by the applicants for setting aside Order dated 28.03.2024, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.
Perused Chamber Order, Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order and Exhibits thereto.
Heard ld. Advocate appearing for the applicant. I see no reason to disallow present Chamber Order, as the petitioners have properly explained delay of 84 days, caused in filing present Chamber Order, vide paragraph no. 5A (hand-written) of the Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order, as well as reasons for not removing office objections on the Petition well in time. In view thereof, delay of 84 days, caused in filing present Chamber Order, is condoned. The Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.
The petitioners to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within four weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
