Rule 986. Perused Chamber Order, Affidavit in support to Chamber Order. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner / Applicant.
It is stated in Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that vide Minutes of Order dated 15.04.2024, time to remove office objections granted vide order dated 27.03.2024, was extended by one week from the date of uploading of order. So, Petitioner was supposed to remove office objections on or before 23.04.2024. Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submits that as per Exhibit 'B' i.e. Challan, Petitioner has complied with office objections with respect of payment of court fees of Rs. 75,000/- and nothing is remaining to be complied with by the Petitioner. Therefore, he submits that Chamber Order may be allowed and Petition may be restored to its original file. Considering grounds mentioned in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order and submissions of Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, as above, I am of the view that the Petitioner has made out a case for restoration of captioned Petition. Hence, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
