P.C. : 1. By the present Chamber Order, the applicant seeks amendment of the Plaint, as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused the Affidavit in support. It is stated in the Affidavit in support that Mr.

Ashok Jagjivan Gokal, Defendant No. 9, died in Mumbai on 29.08.2024 leaving behind the proposed Defendant Nos. 9(a) and 9(b) as his heirs and legal representatives.

3. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicants submits that Mr. Ashok Jagjivan Gokal has died on 29.08.2024 and his legal heirs are required to be impleaded in Suit.

She, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

4. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in support, Chamber Order is allowed and Signed separately. Amendment to be carried ...2/-
