Advocate appearing for the applicant/caveatrix made a statement that probably Testamentary Petition No. 636/2023, in which captioned Caveat was taken out, was withdrawn by the petitioner. Statement is accepted.

Office placed before me a copy of Order dated 11.11.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court in Testamentary Petition No. 636/2023.

Paragraph no. 4 of said Order reads as under : "Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn."

In view of dismissal of the petition as withdrawn, ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that the present Chamber Order may be disposed of.

As aforesaid, Testamentary Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, the present Chamber Order does not survive and disposed of accordingly.
