P. C. : 1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the deceased died as issueless and the original Petitioner, who is brother of the deceased filed the above Petition through his Constituted Attorney Mr. Pukhraj Ramlal Lohar. He further submits that Mr. Ramlal Hiralal Lohar, the Original Petitioner, has expired on 4th April, 2024 and Mr. Pukhraj Ramlal Lohar filed the present Chamber Order to amendment the Petition and add his name as Petitioner and carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. The Ld. Advocate further submits that the Chamber Order was filed on 28th June, 2024 bearing e-filing No. EC-HCBM02-12961-2024 and the same was approved by this Hon'ble Court on 12th July, 2024. He produces copy of the emails received by him from the e-filing team of this Hon'ble Court (The same are taken on record). He prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber ..2/-

Order. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within two weeks' from today.
