1. This Chamber order is taken out by Plaintiff No. 1, Noorjaha Begam Haji Israr Alam Siddiqui for discharge of her Advocate, Raval Shah & Co. in Suit No. 1011 of 2014.
2. The Ld. Advocate in Affidavit in support has mentioned the reasons for discharge. The Vakalatnama is filed on behalf of all the Plaintiffs in the Suit by Advocate Raval Shah & Co.
3. The Applicant [Plaintiff No.1(a)] has filed this Chamber Order under Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980 for discharging the Vakalatnama of Advocate Raval Shah and Co.
For Plaintiff No.1(a). However, I cannot allow one of the Plaintiffs to act separately from and inconsistently with the others. The Suit is filed by all the Plaintiffs. M/s. Raval Shah and Co., Advocates are appearing for all the Plaintiffs.
4. In view of the above, it is concluded that out of the three Plaintiffs, only one PLaintiff i.e. Noorjaha Begam Haji Israr Alam Siddiqui has filed this application for discharge of Advocate Raval Shah & Co. without obtaining consent of all other Plaintiffs. The Advocate, ...2/-
