P. C. : 1. The present Chamber Order is taken out for publication of citation upon Sonoo Pervez Sinor, daughter of the deceased, by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Jam-e-Jamshed" in vernacular language, Gujarati.

3. Perused Affidavit dated 03rd October, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order. In the said Affidavit, it is stated that the said deceased during his lifetime used to reside alone and never visted or took care or made any efforts to know about the deceased. It is further stated that the said Sonoo Pervez Sinor has not been in touch with family since last several years. Therefore, the Petitioner is not aware about any whereabouts of said Sonoo Pervez Sinor or present address.

4. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petitioner is not aware about

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) the whereabouts of the said Sonoo Pervez Sinor, daughter of the deceased and, therefore, prays that Chamber Order for substituted service be allowed.

5. Perused the Petition. It is mentioned and confirmed in para - 8, that the averment made in the Affidavit in support about the whereabouts of said Sonoo Pervez Sinor, daughter of the deceased.

6. For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 03.10.2024 annexed to the Chamber order, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately. Publication of Citation to be done in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Jam-eJamshed" in Gujarati newpaper, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order.

7. Applicant to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
