Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Perused Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that initially Applicant was unable to engage a new Advocate promptly as she was dealing with an unavoidable family medical emergency which required immediate attention. As a result, she could not remove office objections within time and also delay of 202 days caused in filing present Chamber Order.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that delay caused in filing present Chamber Order is unintentional and the same may be condoned and captioned Petition may be restored to file.

Reason mentioned in the Affidavit-in-Support appears to be bonafide, and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Further, the Applicant has explained delay, as above. Therefore, the Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Petition. In view thereof, delay of 202 days, caused in filing present Chamber Order, is condoned and the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
