P. C. : 1. The present Chamber Order is taken out for publication of citation upon all concerned, by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal"

in English Language and in "Divya Bhaskar" in vernacular language, Gujarati.

3. Perused Affidavit dated 16th November, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order. In the said Affidavit, it is stated that the Petitioner is not aware whether the wife or any living or otherwise any son or daughter or any brother or sister of the deceased, or any other legal heirs or the legal heirs of the parents of the deceased.

4. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petitioner is not aware about the legal heirs of the deceased and therefore, prays that Chamber Order for substituted service be allowed.

5. Perused the Petition. It is mentioned and confirmed in para - 10, about the averment of the legal heirs of the deceased.

6. For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 16.11.2024 annexed to the Chamber order, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately. Publication of Citation to be done in two newspapers viz.

"Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Divya Bhaskar" in Gujarati newpaper, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order.

7. Applicant to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
