1. The present Chamber Order to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.4, who had expired on 26th August, 2024 and to carry out consequential amendment to the Writ Petition.

2. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent No.4 has expired on 26th August, 2024 and her legal heirs are to be brought on record and also to carry out consequential amendments. He further submits that the Chamber Order has been served upon the legal heirs of Respondent No.4 and the Affidavit of Service dated 17th December, 2024 was filed. He prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Petitioner be permitted to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. For the reason stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from the date of uploading the order.
